If you are interested in viewing our bridal collection, we do require appointments. Scheduling an appointment will ensure there is a bridal specialist available to work with you as well as a fitting room. We will do our best to accommodate week day walk-ins however, our appointments will take priority. Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
Children and appointments: For safety reasons and insurance purposes children under the age of 12 must be supervised. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Carrie Johnson’s Bridal store policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Forms of Payment Accepted: We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover – (We do not accept Checks)
Carrie Johnson Bridal requires that all customers remove their shoes in an effort to keep our gowns clean. We may suggest, for your convenience, to bring alternate footwear such as slippers or socks. We do offer bags to put your shoes in while shopping. Please see an associate if needed.
